Cindy Goad is the Director of Operations at F.R.O.G RECOVERY, INC. Cindy's passion is helping others rebuild their lives. Cindy has a Masters in Public Administration, and a bachelors in Addiction. Cindy has two children and four grandson who she absolutley loves spending time with. Cindy brings a multitude of experience including sharing her own experience strength and hope.

She also provides individual and couples counseling at Healing Conversations, LLC where she is the owner. Dawné has over 17 years' experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, couples, gero, youth and other at-risk populations. She is married, has two children in high school and two dogs.
