As a former client of the program with more than two years of sobriety, Olivia brings a unique perspective, fresh enthusiasm, and deep commitment to supporting others on their recovery journey.
Her personal experience, combined with her education and passion for the field, makes her a valuable part of the F.R.O.G. Recovery team. Olivia is excited to give back to the community that supported her, offering encouragement, understanding, and hope to individuals who are just beginning their own path toward healing.

Cindy serves as the Director of Operations at F.R.O.G. Recovery (Finding Recovery Options for Growth), bringing both professional expertise and personal passion to the mission of helping individuals build healthier, more stable lives. With a Master of Public Administration and multiple clinical credentials—including LACA, CADAC II, and ICADC—Cindy combines academic knowledge, certified experience, and strong leadership in the field of addiction recovery and transitional housing.
At F.R.O.G. Recovery, Cindy oversees daily operations, program development, and client-centered services that include transitional housing, intensive outpatient treatment, relapse prevention, counseling, and medication management. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that recovery is not only possible but sustainable when individuals are given the right tools, support, and opportunities for growth.

Ann Reeder Wright brings over 34 years in recovery and 30 yrs experience as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor, offering deep expertise and compassionate care to individuals and families navigating the challenges of addiction and recovery. She holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology and a Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling, combining academic knowledge with decades of hands-on clinical practice.
Ann is dedicated to meeting each client where they are, using evidence-based approaches to support healing, growth, and long-term recovery. Known for her empathy and unwavering commitment to the field, she has guided countless individuals toward stability, resilience, and renewed hope.
Outside of her professional role, Ann enjoys spending time with her best friend—her pug, Vador—who brings joy, laughter, and unconditional companionship to her life.
